Nasugbu, Batangas—What was once a basketball court in Barangay Bulihan here is now a multi-purpose covered court.
Through the joint efforts of SM Foundation and Manila Southcoast Development Corp., the covered court was renovated and repainted, making it the 156th wellness center of the foundation and its fourth special project.
SM Foundation also included the repainting of the chapel adjacent to the multi-purpose covered court.
During the inauguration and turnover of the covered court, Barangay Bulihan chairman Edwin Botobara thanked MSDC and SM Foundation for their generosity, as the building can now serve different functions such as barangay assemblies and programs.
The neighboring barangays of Calayo, Looc, and Papaya will also benefit from the court.
