Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya– The provincial government has created a task force to address transportation problems among passengers here.
Gov. Carlos Padilla said he will sign an Executive Order creating the task force to study and recommend viable solutions or remedies on the perennial transport problem of bus passengers bound from Nueva Vizcaya to Metro Manila and vice versa. Ben Moses Ebreo
He said the task force will also encourage and receive complaints from Novo Vizcayanos for filing to proper authorities.
“There will be a Complaint and Action Desk (CAD) to be put up to assist passengers in making their complaints for legal purposes. In this way, we can monitor the proper implementation of transportation laws for the benefit of our constituents,” Padilla said.
The CAD will be established at the NV Pasalubong Center in Bayombong town where a provisional bus terminal will cater for Novo Vizcayano passengers bound for Metro Manila.
