Balanga City—The Bataan District Jail conducted Operation Greyhound over the weekend to crack down on illegal drugs and contraband.
“We found no illegal drugs, only improvised bladed weapons and assorted contraband,” jail warden Supt. Andrew Tauli said.
Tauli led the surprise inspection with operatives and representatives of the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology, Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency, Philippine National Police, and Capitol Security and Intelligence Unit.
“We intend to conduct joint Operation Greyhound here at least once or twice a month,” he said.
