OFFICERS of the Philippine Army’s 6th Infantry (Kampilan) Division (6ID) on Tuesday paid a courtesy call on the local officials of Datu Odin Sinsuat in Maguindanao del Norte.
6ID chief Maj. Gen. Antonio Nafarrete called on Mayor Lester Sinsuat to discuss some vital security issues affecting the town.
The visit also sought to explore innovative strategies for enhancing peace and security in the community.
“During the visit, both leaders underscored the importance of community engagement, pro-active security measures aiming to foster a safe and thriving environment for all,” the 6ID said.
The 6ID headquarters, located in Datu Odin Sinsuat itself, plays a crucial role in maintaining peace and stability in the municipality and its neighboring areas.
