All passing passenger tricycles in Kidapawan will undergo a Mandatory Inspection before they are allowed to travel again by the Traffic Management and Enforcement Unit (TMEU) and the City Tricycle Franchising and Regulatory Board (CTFRB) next year.

The TMEU and CTFRB will check if the brake and signal lights of the tricycle units are still working. There must also be a trash can inside the tricycle, KD numbers must be legible to read, proper seats and ceilings, and a franchise.

The mandatory inspection will be conducted from December 1 to 29, from 8:00-11:00 a.m. and 2:00-4:30 p.m. The TMEU office is open from Monday to Saturday.

Meanwhile, the office notified drivers and operators who have not yet attended the seminar to take advantage of the remaining schedule, which ends next week, for a faster renewal of the tricycle franchise to continue operating next year.
