This year’s revelry of Iloilo’s Dinagyang Festival goes virtual, allowing everyone—may they be in the city or otherwise—to join in the celebration safely tucked indoors.
Premier hotel Richmonde in Iloilo joins the festivities, offering special rates complete with Dinagyang treats for guests watching the digital streaming of the festival ceremonies and performances such as the Religious Sadsad street dancing on Jan. 23.
Room rates start at P4,350 nett for a deluxe room, inclusive of breakfast for two at The Granary’s modified buffet set-up as well as use of facilities and other amenities. The Granary also offers a weekend dinner buffet at P950 nett per person.
To complement guests’ online viewing, the hotel offers festive buri boxes filled with treats such as freshly baked Richmonde breads and signature ensaymadas, Superhouse drip coffee, Cabatuan tablea, Basilur tea, and Hummingbird jam. The buri boxes aim to help support Iloilo-based businesses.
