In this season’s offerings, practitioners will hold workshops and individual sessions aimed at strengthening mind, body, and spirit.

Advanced certified BodyTalk practitioner Angie Tourani

The Farm’s visiting practitioners bring unique backgrounds in various wellness modalities. Among the notable practitioners featured this season is Angie Tourani, an advanced certified BodyTalk practitioner from Hong Kong. Tourani, who will be available at The Farm from Nov. 4 to 9, specializes in addressing issues such as anxiety, digestive health, immune system resilience, and hormonal balance. Tourani’s BodyTalk practice integrates elements of meridian and chakra work to support clients in achieving mental, emotional, and physical health.

Tourani will conduct complimentary sessions for in-house guests, including introductory workshops on BodyTalk techniques. Sessions are designed to provide participants with self-help strategies that can enhance their daily wellness routines. Additionally, two specialized workshops, BodyTalk Access Seminar and Inner Radiance, will allow participants to explore techniques aimed at promoting relaxation and personal growth.

Additionally, paid seminar options, priced at $310 per person plus applicable taxes and fees, will include guided instruction, a manual, and a Certificate of Attendance. The workshops are open to day guests and resort visitors on room-only packages, which also grant access to other wellness amenities like cellular health screenings, SPA treatments, and mindful movement activities.

‘Kami No Ken’ program

In addition to the visiting wellness practitioners, The Farm at San Benito is preparing for the third installment of its Kami No Ken program in January 2025. This 3-night, 4-day retreat, taking place from Jan. 17 to 20, will focus on self-improvement, physical fitness, and inner growth under the guidance of certified coach Nasser Qazi, along with actors Derek Ramsay and Ellen Adarna-Ramsay.
