Livingsprings Communities Realty and Development Corp. recently bagged 5 Stars for best apartment/condominium and architecture multiple residence at the 2019 Asia Pacific Property Awards, for 10 Acacia Place, its low-density residential development in Quezon City.

The development, which only has 184 units, was designed by Monique Albert-Lopez, managing director and principal architect of M.Cal Architecture & Design  “We designed 10 Acacia Place with a Pacific modern aesthetic,” she said.”

This theme is specifically found in tropical countries throughout the Pacific like the Philippines with wood finish and glass. 10 Acacia Place offers  studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units that can be easily converted to accommodate one more room. 

A newly unveiled showroom features a 40.08 sqm one-bedroom apartment with wooden furnishing inspired by and consistent with the condominium’s Pacific-modern design.
