Sustainable design project at Nuvali

Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) is building its latest project, LHK Square South, in Nuvali’s Lakeside Evozone-South, a campus-type business and commercial hub.

Nestled in the cities of Sta. Rosa, Cabuyao and Calamba Laguna, Nuvali fuses urban conveniences and green development practices with the goal of a more environmentally-integrated way of life.

Standing nine stories tall, LHK Square South is designed by JSLA Architects, which is also behind such projects as the Ore Central Building in Bonifacio Global City, the SMX Convention Center, and the Aseana Towers in Aseana Business Park.

To highlight its commitment to its design and planning philosophy, JSLA Architects aims to secure a Leader in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold certification for LHK Square South.

“Going green in design means building for a world that is environmentally-conscious and sound, and we’re shaping that here in Nuvali,”  promised Architect Jose Siao Ling , JSLA founder.
