PH1 World Developers (PH1WD) is ramping up standards in sustainable housing with its newest horizontal property development in Trece Martires, Cavite.

The groundbreaking for the development was kicked off last week, on the heels of the introduction of Northscapes—PH1WD’s first horizontal offering in San Jose del Monte, Bulacan (Northscapes SJDM). PH1WD is a subsidiary of engineering and infrastructure innovator Megawide.    PH1WD Landscapes general manager Eric Gregor Tan detailed the unit offerings of Northscapes SJDM: the single-attached “Elia,” the townhouse end-unit “Salana,” and the middle-unit townhouse “Alba.”

He confirmed that “all will have two storeys with three bedrooms each and are priced from P3 million to P8 million.”

Soon, he added, the City of Trece Martires will also experience the company’s unique “energy efficiency” concept that incorporates energy-saving features into the structure of each unit. SolarSave energy panels will ensure each home can utilize solar energy and lessen electricity bills while reducing carbon footprint.

ResiShade tinted windows will prevent excessive sunlight and heat from seeping into the unit.

TropiCool insulated walls will protect the interior from scorching outdoor temperatures, keeping homes cool given the area’s tropical climate.
