Real estate developer Federal Land is set to open the first Mitsukoshi in the Philippines by the end of this year.
Located within Federal Land’s Grand Central Park community in Bonifacio Global City, Mitsukoshi BGC, a four-level mall, brings to the country premium commercial spaces that showcase Japanese design elements in a casual but elegant setting.
The mall features approximately 120 merchants of premium retail stores rich in Japanese culture and style. Mitsukoshi BGC will embody the world-famous Japanese hospitality called omotenashi.
This could mean a thoughtfully wrapped packaged, memorable food presentation or an efficient concierge that will cater to the needs of customers.
The mall will anchor residential development, The Seasons Residences, an upscale Japanese-inspired condominium project by Federal Land, Inc. in partnership with Japan’s leading firms Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., and Isetan Mitsukoshi Holdings Ltd.
