Housing developer Ovialand is poised to bring dream homes that meet the demands of today’s new normal—affordable homes in safe communities that give off a charming and rustic vibe.

Among the homeowners enjoying their dream homes in the masterfully planned communities of Ovialand are Rich and Tet Taylo who live in Sannera, in San Pablo, Laguna (shown in photo).

“We want a place that is an ideal balance between rural and urban space, where you can go to establishments that can be found in the city like banks and stores.,” the Taylos explained.

The couple shared that Sannera has carved spaces for them to bond with neighbors and establish a sense of community.

For Wynona Estrellado, her Caliya home in Candelaria, Quezon is designed to cater to the Filipino family where safety and security are valued the most. She added that even though on a budget, was easy to invest in their affordable, fully finished, and ready-to-use residential unit.
