Minors on the street

Young street vendors selling wiping cloth or “basahan” to motorists along Quezon Ave. Quezon City, after being restricted to their homes due to the COVID-19 lockdown. The government aims to finish inoculating the target population to minors with comorbidities aged 12 to 17 nationwide.
