Several locally stranded individuals board a PNR train that will take them home to Bicol Region at the Tutuban Station in Manila. They are among the beneficiaries of the government's “Hatid Tulong” which aims to transport more than 13,000 people standed in Metro Manila following the Luzon-wide lockdown imposed amid the raging coronavirus contagion.
