Donning of rank

Noel S. Alamar, dzMM Radyo Patrol Reporter, was recently promoted to the rank of Captain (equivalent to full Colonel at AFP/PNP) in the Philippine Coast Guard Auxiliary. Alamar belongs to 125th District Auxiliary Squadron based in Cavite. Leading the donning of ranks is Rear Adm. Leopoldo, Laroya, Deputy Commander for Operations, PCG; Rear Adm Beethoven Sur, National Director Main Office, PCGA; and Rear Adm. Manny Idquival, District Auxiliary Director, NCR-CL, PCGA.
