Grand celebration

Biñan City Mayor Arman Dimaguila (second from right) and Vice Mayor Gel Alonte (second from left) flank Rep. Alonte as they walk the streets Sunday to mark three occasions—Biñan’s 10th Cityhood Anniversary, 75th Liberation Day, and 273rd Foundation Anniversary.

They also graced the groundbreaking of the New Biñan City Jail and Custodial Facility and opening and blessing of the Silangan Drug Reformation and Rehabilitation Center.
