Out with firecrackers

Members of the Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) and EcoWaste Coalition march to call for people to refrain from using firecrackers and fireworks during the New Year’s Eve celebrations to protect cats and dogs from the defeaning noises, blinding lights and noxious fumes. The groups held the rally yesterday at Ayala Mall Vertis North.
