National Economic and Development Authority Secretary Arsenio Balisacan (left) administers the oathtaking of Danilo Lorenzo Atanacio as director IV under the NEDA Office of the Secretary. Atanacio previously served at the Philippine Competition Commission. In 2016, he graduated summa cum laude from the University of the Philippines – Diliman School of Economics.
