Jinjiang Yizhong Alumni

The Jinjang Yizhong Alumni Association of the Philippines holds its 44th anniversary on March 2, 2024 at the Century Seafood Restaurant in Malate, Manila. More than 400 members attended the ceremony where Lai Jia Liang was elected as the new president who committed to sustaining the group’s meaningful projects. Guest speaker Yao Jinzhen says Jinjiang Yizhong (Jinjiang First High School) is a renowned high school in Fujian province in China with numerous alumni who settled down and established successful businesses in the Philippines. The alumni donated medicines and medical supplies during the pandemic and continue to conduct charity activities in poverty-stricken areas. Jinjiang Yizhong Alumni Association now focuses on the education of the young generation by providing them free trainings such as on e-commerce and encourage them to get involved in meaningful social activities.
