Various cultural groups perform an ethnic dance as they join a parade highlighting the Pasinaya celebration in front of the Cultural Center of the Philippines as part of their weeklong activities. The Pasinaya aims to ’provide a platform for the artists and cultural groups to showcase their talents while nurturing the broadest public and creating new audiences through interactions and performances in February dubbed as art month.‘
