Coast guard in action

Philippine Coast Guard Seaman First Class Kevin Siclot was at the right time to save a five-year-old girl who nearly drowned while swimming at Rama Beach, in Clarin, Misamis Occidental. After receiving first aid treatment, the victim was taken to the hospital.
