New branch

Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office officials, led by its vice chairman and general manager Alexander F. Emmylou Talino, throw lucky coins at the newly opened PCSO branch at the Capitol Compound in Kidapawan City. This is the 54th in the agency’s nationwide network of branches. While there, Balutan also turned over five brand new ambulance units to Cotabato province.
