Lumad caravan

Representatives of religious groups and leaders of indigenous peoples, called lumad, gathered at St. Scholastica’s College in Manila on Friday to support some 700 tribesmen who are undertaking a caravan from Mindanao to Manila. The caravan, called Manilakabayan ng Mindanao 2015, was in Legazpi City on Friday and is expected to arrive in Metro Manila on Oct. 25. DANNY PATA
