Loose change

Militant workers  hold a picket in front of  the Department of Labor Office in Intramuros,  Manila on Thursday March 19 to  condemn the P15 minimum wage increase approved by the wage board for  Metro Manila. They say the wage hike is  not enough to buy an MRT ticket  which costs P20  for a one-way trip.  DANNY PATA
