Two presidents, one accord

President Aquino and visiting French President Francois Hollande witness the signing of the business agreement for the management, operation and maintenance of the Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway. The agreement was signed by Manuel V. Pangilinan, chairman of Manila North Tollways Corporation and Metro Pacific Tollways Corporation, and Arnel Paciano Casanova, president and chief executive officer of Bases Conversion and Development Authority recently at the Malacanang Palace.
