The Department of Tourism Central Visayas Office, through its Tourism Industry Skills Program and in partnership with the Cebu Association of Tourguides Inc., holds the region’s first Deaf Tour Guide Training Program on Dec. 8 to 14, 2025. The initiative underscores the department’s continued commitment to the Love the Philippines campaign, where tourism is anchored on people—promoting inclusivity, participation and shared national pride.
