The Philippines, through the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), concludes the ‘Government Digitalization Cooperation: A Collaboration in Developing Capacity-Building Solutions’ workshop from Dec. 7 to 12, 2024 in Manila. In partnership with the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications (MPTC) of the Kingdom of Cambodia, the workshop brought together digital leaders, policymakers and innovators from Cambodia, South Korea, Kazakhstan, Ethiopia, Malaysia and Estonia. A key highlight was the ceremonial signing of the Act of Solidarity between DICT Secretary Ivan John Uy and Cambodian Minister Chea Vandeth on Dec. 11, 2024 in Intramuros, Manila.
