Trucks are parked near the site of an explosion at a weapons depot the previous day at the Industrial area of Adra, some 30 kms from the Syrian capital Damascus on Monday. An official from a nearby area, requesting anonymity, told AFP ‘an explosion of unknown origin’ rocked the Adra industrial area, reporting an unspecified number of casualties and adding rescue operations were ongoing.
