Manila Water Company Inc.’s desludging caravan will go around 44 barangays in the east zone in July 2024 to provide desludging service at no additional cost. Manila Water recommends regular siphoning of household septic tanks every three to five years to prevent build-up of sludge in the septic tank which can lead to overflows and system failure.
