Members of the Golden Malilibeg Livelihood Association Inc. (GMLAI) participate in a technical consultancy activity on how to improve their existing process on the production of ginger candies. The activity was conducted through the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Region 2 in partnership with FCF Minerals Corp. through their Social Development and Management Program. It is part of Project GOLD (Generating Opportunities for Livelihood Development), which aims to create a self-sustaining economy to guarantee the community’s independence, particularly beyond the mine life.
