Water testing

Manila Water Co. Inc. tests 85,008 water samples in 2023, exceeding the required 76,818 of the Department of Health’s (DOH) Philippine National Standards for Drinking Water (PNSDW). Water samples are tested for physical, microbiological and chemical parameters as set by the PNSDW, ensuring that it is 100-percent free from thermotolerant coliforms, organic and inorganic chemicals and contaminants. Manila Water passed the stringent requirements of PNSDW, assuring its 7.6 million customers in the east zone of safe and potable water.
