Free fiber

Transportation Secretary Jaime Bautista (fourth from left) leads the launching of the free pure fiber WiFi services at NAIA Terminals 1 and 2 on April 18, 2024. The projects is a partnership by the Department of Transportation (DOTr), Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) and Converge ICT Solutions Inc. to bring fast and reliable connectivity to passengers. Other key officials present in the event are MIAA general manager Eric Jose Ines, Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines director-general Manuel Antonio Tamayo, CAAP deputy director general for administration Danjun Lucas, Pasay City Mayor Imelda Calixto-Rubiano, Converge ICT chief operating officer Jesus Romero and chief commercial officer Benjamin Azada.
