Double Dragon Corp. receives a congratulatory message from the US NASDAQ Stock Exchange announced at the iconic NASDAQ Tower Billboard in Times Square New York to commemorate the Hotel101 Global and JVSPAC Acquisition Corp.’s recently signed $2.3-billion binding merger agreement. Hotel101 Global is set to be listed in NASDAQ with ticker HBNB and the business merger/listing is expected to be completed by the third quarter of 2024.
