The Department of Trade and Industry-Laguna Provincial Office (DTI-Laguna), through its consumer protection division, conducts onsite inspection and monitoring of a motor vehicle private emission testing center (PETC) in San Pablo City, Laguna on April 05, 2024 to ensure that accredited PETCs continuously comply with government rules and regulations and meet the quality standards set by Republic Act No. 8749 or the Philippine Clean Air Act.
