Rotary Award

George Royeca (third from left), chief executive of homegrown motorcycle ride-hailing service Angkas, receives a Golden Wheel Award for excellence in entrepreneurship. The Rotary International District 3780, the award-giving body, honored Royeca following a nomination by the Rotary Club of Kagitingang Cubao.
