A crewman of the Philippine Navy patrol craft BRP Heracleo Alano PC376, operating under Naval Forces West, pulls aboard a fisherman whose motorized bangka capsized in the vicinity of Buliluyan Pier in Bataraza, Palawan on Friday, Jan. 19. The fisherman was given first aid, food, and dry clothing, while his bangka was towed alongside the naval vessel.
