City Mayor Arman Dimaguila, lone District Rep. Len Alonte Naguiat and City Vice Mayor Gel Alonte and the city Sanguniang Members led the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony of Plaza Rizal of three days Celebration of Biñan Day. The said events starting Feb.2-3 and 4,2023 THE highlight of the first day’s activities is the inauguration of Plaza Rizal with Biñan City Culture History Art’s and Tourism Office (BCHATO) Head BJ Borja. The event will also have the “Serenata sa Plaza Rizal” which will feature The Manila Phil- harmonic Orchestra.
