Book launching

Sportsman -businessman Alex Wang (2nd from left) recently launched his book “Basketball, Beyond Passion” chronicling the past 25 years of his Wang’s Ballclub.

Manila Standard columnist Lito Cinco (3rd from left) headed the book project team, in collaboration with Wang. Launching was held at the PuNta Resto Bar in Mandaluyong with owners Paolo Bediones (left) and wife Lara (right) hosting the event.

All the proceeds from the book sales will be donated to Typhoon Odette victims.
