Escape artist

A car driver tried to evade a traffic enforcer along Mel Lopez Boulevard (former Radial Road 10) and ended up wrecking his car in Manila on July 30, 2021. Eye witnesses told police that the driver rammed his vehicle into a traffic enforcer of the Manila Traffic and Park Bureau. The driver escaped with the enforcer’s motorcycle and left the enforcer dead.
