Syndicate nabbed

Members of the Manila Police District-SWAT and the PNP-Highway Patrol Group, through a joint operation, arrest three alleged members of a carnapping syndicate (also inset) and killed one suspect at a hotel along Adriatico Street in Malate, Manila on Tuesday.
