NGCP housing donation

National Grid Corp. of the Philippines and Gawad Kalinga turn over to the city government of Valenzuela the first batch of low-rise dwellings in Disiplina Village–a joint in-city housing project for informal settler families. Five buildings were completed in October and turned over in a simple ceremony attended by NGCP vice president and head of central projects office Mark Joseph Andeo, Gawad Kalinga executive director Daniel Bercasio, Valenzuela City Mayor Rex Gatchalian, Rep. Wes Gatchalian and Secretary Eduardo del Rosario of the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development.
