MMDA workers fix internet underground cables along Port Area in Manila as part of the government’s bid to improve and upgrade the country’s online presence in preparation for the upcoming school year, as internet providers Globe Telecoms and PLDT join forces in ensuring that the country can cope with the increasing demand for wireless connectivity.
