Singapore Ambassador Gerard Ho formalizes his country’s contribution of 3,000 COVID-19 tests and one Polymerase chain reaction machine to the Philippines in a ceremonial handover to DFA Secretary Teodoro Locsin Jr. They arrived Tuesday and were immediately brought to the recipient laboratories.
