Carlos Zarate on important issues during the budget deliberation of the National Intelligence Coordinating Agency and the National Security Council. The majority temporarily suspended the debate on the budget of NICA and NSC but managed to pass the budgets for the Department of Finance, National Economic and Development Authority during the Legislative-Executive Development Advisory Council meeting which lasted until 10 p.m. Tuesday.
