Mercato Centrale launched its latest market in the vibrant Bridgetowne in Pasig City, next to the obstacle course and the 60-foot tall The Victor.
The market is open every week from Thursday to Sunday, from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., and offers a combination of live music, chilled beverages, and different cuisines from its vendors.
“At Bridgetowne Pasig, Mercato Centrale isn’t just a market – it’s a mix of great food, fitness, and fresh air,” said RJ Ledesma, co-founder of Mercato Central.
“We’ve curated an experience that caters to athletes, spectators, and the local community that is consistent with our commitment to supporting small food businesses and advocating for the outdoor food lifestyle market,” Ledesma added.
Mercato Centrale has been at the forefront of promoting micro and small food business enterprises, advocating for an outdoor food lifestyle market.
It has actively supported small food businesses across its various markets, including Mercato Food Park, Mercato High StrEAT, Mercato Centrale HQ, and Mercato Centrale at McKinley West in Taguig.
