Park Inn by Radisson Davao transformed Sunday brunch expectations in celebration of the first ever Davao Food & Wine Festival.
The hotel’s Boozy Brunch, launched on Oct. 8, is a feast that melds the culinary genius of acclaimed chefs with an array of specially crafted wines and cocktails.
Chef Jayme Natividad of Taal Vista Hotel masterfully crafted dishes like Carbonara with Etag and the tantalizing Gensan Tuna Niçoise while Chef Pauline Benedicto of Mr & Mrs B and Rekado Davao brought to the table the delectable Smoked Salmon Croustades and Tuna Toastada.
Chef Garet, Davao’s chef consultant and caterer, fascinated taste buds with her rendition of Beef Wellington Bites with Kangkong Pesto while Dulce Desserts served its irresistible Truffle, Honey & Brie Croissant and Mango Cashew Cheesecake.
To wash down these delicacies, guests indulged in handpicked libations from Davao Wines, Cimem, and the exquisite Luisita Rum.
“This event is destined to be a remarkable celebration of culinary excellence, one that will undoubtedly elevate the gastronomic culture of Davao City to new heights. At our hotel, we take immense pleasure in being part of this splendid occasion. We’ve spared no effort in curating an experience that promises to be nothing short of extraordinary,” said Park Inn by Radisson Davao’s General Manager.
