Bow&Wow’s Christmas Party was a heartwarming celebration for pets and their families, filled with holiday cheer, festive treats, and expert tips for pet wellness. Held last November 9, 2024, at the Bonifacio High Street Amphitheater, the event created a lively atmosphere where pet owners and their furry friends could connect, explore, and prepare for a healthier, happier holiday season together.
Pet owners gathered for expert-led wellness talks. Speakers talked to pet parents about essential holiday pet wellness practices, including ensuring pets drink around 60-80 ml of water per kilogram each day, avoiding excessive treats that might cause vomiting, and making sure treats like chicken are boiled or steamed only. Experts also highlighted the importance of never feeding pets bones, grapes, or raisins, which pose a threat especially during holiday festivities.
The expert discussions also touched on nutrition and personal experiences as a pet owner. “I wanted a dog that would get me off my feet,” shared certified trick trainer Ms. Vicky Ortega, explaining how getting an active labrador helped her embrace a more active lifestyle. Dr. Ken Lao emphasized the need for quality food for pets. “With super premium food, your pets are nourished,” he says. “There is a difference versus just feeding.”

The TikiPets Photobooth allowed pet owners to pose for picture-perfect festive photos with their furbabies.
