Starting at five in the morning, they cook 80 kilos of pansit, usually selling out by eight. It’s a breakfast tradition for locals, who say their day isn’t complete without it.

Regular customers return year after year for this beloved dish. Besides pansit, they also offer homemade tamales, often paired with the noodles.

Evangeline shares that the business has been their family’s livelihood, helping many relatives complete their education.

If you visit Taal, tasting their pansit is a must.
