DMCI Homes, the real estate arm of the Consunji family, is spending over P10.5 billion to develop a condominium project along Aurora Boulevard in Quezon City.

The Oriana will consist of two towers, with 54 and 56 floors of residential units respectively. The North Tower, which was launched in April, will offer 1,242 units—all two-bedroom layouts measuring 54.5 square meters to 81.5 sq. m. An initial inventory of 552 units was released for pre-selling, with starting price at P6.7 million.

“We launched The Oriana in response to the demand for homes in communities where schools, work places, supermarkets, healthcare institutions, leisure zones and transportation networks are all within walking distance,” DMCI Homes vice president for project development Dennis Yap said.

The Oriana is the second residential venture of DMCI Homes along Aurora Boulevard after the success of Infina Towers, also a two-tower residential project.

“Even before the pandemic, there has been a big demand for homes and rental properties in transit-oriented communities. More so now with people putting a premium on their health and well-being because of the health crisis,” he said.
