Developer unveils new Parañaque tower

Alpina Heights Properties Corp., one of the fastest growing property developers in the Philippines, has recently unveiled its second tower in Parañaque City.

Located near Sucat exit of South Luzon Expressway, Alpina Heights residents have an easy access to multiple shopping malls and commercial establishments, allowing its community to take advantage of the new and emerging economic hub.

The first tower of the mid-rise condominium project was sold out in six months and the company is now gearing itself to focus on selling the second tower within three to four months. 

AHPC positioned itself competitively by providing a good value for money proposition with its generous unit offering of P2.25 million for a 1-bedroom unit with 28 square meters of floor area and P3.45 million for a two-bedroom unit with 41.20 sqm in size.

APHC wants to tap overseas Filipino workers and young professionals for its latest property offering.

The company is looking at investing around P2 billion for the second unit and its upcoming developments in the pipeline within the next couple of years.

AHPC vice president for administration Rey Caligner said during the soft launch of its Alpina Heights Tower Two that the residential market remains strong and that they would like to target Filipinos working abroad and those investors eyeing to have a premium residential property at an affordable price as an investment vehicle.

AHPC set itself apart from other developers as its unit are pre-furnished with appliances that allow its residents to immediately feel at home.

“All units come pre-furnished with a split-type inverter air conditioning unit, induction stove, refrigerator and shower heater. Its power-saving appliances will certainly help conserve energy and lessen electricity consumption, for its residents.” Caligner said.

AHPC teamed up with Santos Knight Frank for the property management of Alpina Heights.
